A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a patient, the method comprising subcutaneously administering to the subject an anti-CD38 antibody in a weekly dosage of from 250 mg to 2000 mg to the patient, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody comprises a variable heavy (VH) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and a variable light (VL) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.
A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a patient, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-CD38 antibody to the patient, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody comprises a variable heavy (VH) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and a variable light (VL) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, and wherein the patient was shown to have, prior to treatment with the anti-CD38 antibody, an elevated level of CD38-expressing cells relative to a control subject.
A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a patient, the method comprising subcutaneously administering to the subject an anti-CD38 antibody in a weekly dosage of from 250 mg to 2000 mg to the patient, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody comprises a variable heavy (VH) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and a variable light (VL) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, and wherein the patient was shown to have, prior to treatment with the anti-CD38 antibody, an elevated level of CD38-expressing cells relative to a control subject.
A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a patient, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-CD38 antibody to the patient, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody comprises a variable heavy (VH) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and a variable light (VL) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, wherein a biological sample obtained from the patient prior to treatment with the anti-CD38 antibody was shown to have an elevated level of at least one gene enriched in a CD38-expressing cell relative to a control subject.
A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a patient, the method comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-CD38 antibody to the patient, wherein the anti-CD38 antibody comprises a variable heavy (VH) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5;
- and a variable light (VL) chain region comprising a CDR1 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, a CDR2 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7 and a CDR3 having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, wherein a biological sample obtained from the patient prior to treatment with the anti-CD38 antibody was shown to have an elevated level of at least one gene enriched in a CD38-expressing cell relative to a control subject, and the at least one CD38-expressing cell-enriched gene comprises CD38.
