The present invention relates to a child-resistant cap (100) designed to securely close a container (200) with a locking system that requires adult-like manual dexterity to open. The cap features a roof (50) that engages with the mouth (52) of the container, at least one tab (24) connected to a base body (42) via a flexible member (30), and a protruded edge (60) that locks onto the transfer bead (40). The cap also includes bolting means (34) that interacts with holding means (36) and a barrier wall (38).
