Abstract
The pressure fluctuation of ink can be suppressed even with a simple structure. A print head of a drawing machine includes a first port that receives supply of ink from an ink tank, a second port that discharges ink, a pressure fluctuation adjustment section, and a third port that receives air supply to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section. The drawing machine includes an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes an air flow path for supplying air to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section via the third port. When the print head does not eject ink, the electromagnetic valve is opened to enable air to be supplied into the pressure fluctuation adjustment section.
Claims10
A drawing machine that ejects ink for drawing information on an object to be drawn conveyed by a conveyor, the drawing machine comprising:
- an ink tank configured to accommodate ink;
- a collection tank configured to collect ink;
- a print head including a first port that receives supply of ink from the ink tank, a second port that discharges ink to the collection tank, a pressure fluctuation adjustment section disposed in a middle of an ink flow path between the first port and the second port, and a third port that receives air supply to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section, and configured to eject ink from the first port toward the object to be drawn that is being conveyed;
- a first electromagnetic valve disposed in a middle of an air flow path that supplies air to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section via the third port, and configured to open and close the air flow path;
- and
- an air supply control section configured to open the first electromagnetic valve and supply air into the pressure fluctuation adjustment section.
A drawing machine that ejects ink for drawing information on an object to be drawn conveyed by a conveyor, the drawing machine comprising:
- an ink tank configured to accommodate ink;
- a collection tank configured to collect ink;
- a print head including a first port that receives supply of ink from the ink tank, a second port that discharges ink to the collection tank, a pressure fluctuation adjustment section disposed in a middle of an ink flow path between the first port and the second port, and a third port that receives air supply to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section, and configured to eject ink from the first port toward the object to be drawn that is being conveyed;
- a first valve disposed in a middle of an air flow path that supplies air to the pressure fluctuation adjustment section via the third port, and configured to open and close the air flow path;
- and
- a notification section configured to perform a notification related to a user operation for opening the first valve and supplying air into the pressure fluctuation adjustment section.
