The present invention relates to a Lactobacillus reuteri, and use, composition, drug and food thereof. The Lactobacillus reuteri has an accession number of CGMCC No. 21577, can improve intestinal flora disorder, reduce intestinal injury, improve intestinal permeability and promote immune system recovery, and has effects of treating or preventing allergic reactions of nervous system-related diseases such as autism, hyperactivity, tics, depression, etc.

A method for preventing or treating intestinal flora disorder, intestinal leakage, or allergic reactions, comprising a step of administering a Lactobacillus reuteri having an accession number of CGMCC No. 21577, a composition comprising the Lactobacillus reuteri, or a product prepared from the composition as a raw material to a subject in need.
A food, wherein raw materials for preparing the food comprise the Lactobacillus reuteri having an accession number of CGMCC No. 21577 or a composition comprising the Lactobacillus reuteri.
A method for preparing the Lactobacillus reuteri having an accession number of CGMCC No. 21577, wherein the Lactobacillus reuteri is prepared by high-density fermentation, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
- activating the Lactobacillus reuteri;
- and
- inoculating the activated Lactobacillus reuteri into a fermentation tank for fermentation culture.
