The present invention provides new derivatives having the general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, X1, X2, X3, X4, and X5 are as defined herein, compositions including the compounds, processes of manufacturing the compounds and methods of using the compounds.

A compound of formula (I)
- wherein
- X1 is CH or N;
- X2 is CH or N;
- X3 is CH or N;
- X4 is O or NH;
- X5 is CH or N;
- R1 is aryl, heterocyclyl, or heteroaryl, wherein aryl, heterocyclyl, and heteroaryl are optionally substituted with one or more R1a;
- R1a is selected from C1-6alkyl, cyano, —NR1bR1c, —C1-6alkyl-NR1bR1c, oxo, —CONR1bR1c, —PO(Me)2, hydroxy, C3-6cycloalkyl, —C1-6alkyl-C1-6alkoxy, C3-6heterocyclyl, haloC1-6alkyl, halo, and C1-6alkoxy;
- R1b is hydrogen, C3-6cycloalkyl, or C1-6alkyl;
- R1c is hydrogen, C3-6cycloalkyl, or C1-6alkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen or halogen;
- R3 is hydrogen or halogen;
- R4 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, or halogen;
- R5 is hydrogen, halogen, or C1-6alkyl;
- R6 is hydrogen or —SF5, wherein R6 is different from R7;
- and
- R7 is hydrogen or —SF5, wherein R7 is different from R6;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
