Multifunctional fitness equipment

A multifunctional fitness equipment, comprising:

• a supporting base, an upper surface of which is provided with a human supporting member;
• wherein a bottom of the supporting base is rotatably connected with a first telescopic rod and a second telescopic rod extending outward;
• the first telescopic rod is connected with a first sliding seat, a first operating member is arranged on the first sliding seat, a first rolling body is arrange on a bottom of the first sliding seat;
• the second telescopic rod is connected with a second sliding seat, a second operating member is arranged on the second sliding seat, a second rolling body is arrange on a bottom of the second sliding seat;
• and
• an elastic assembly, configured for providing an elastic restoring force that causes the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod to rotate towards each other when external forces drive the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod away from each other.
