A composition comprising a fermented Morinda citrifolia extract having an osteoarthritis alleviation effect.
A method of preparing a composition including a fermented Morinda citrifolia extract having an osteoarthritis alleviation effect, comprising:
- inoculating Morinda citrifolia with lactic acid bacteria and fermenting the Morinda citrifolia;
- preparing a fermented Morinda citrifolia extract from the fermented Morinda citrifolia obtained by fermentation;
- and
- concentrating the fermented Morinda citrifolia extract.
