An electric lifting and tilting table consist of a monitor lifting and tilting system, a desktop part, a desktop lifting and tilting system, a side storage bracket, and an overall forward and backward moving system, wherein the desktop part is installed on the desktop lifting and tilting system, the monitor lifting and tilting system is installed above the desktop, and the monitor is installed on the monitor lifting and tilting system. The desktop lifting and tilting system can adjust the height or tilt posture of the desktop, the monitor lifting and tilting system can adjust the height or tilt posture of the monitor, and the overall forward and backward moving system can push the entire system to move forward and backward.
