Abstract
An adhesive structure includes a first adherend, a first plasma polymer layer, an adhesive layer, a second plasma polymer layer, and a second adherend in this order. Each of the first plasma polymer layer and the second plasma polymer layer contains an organopolysiloxane as a main component. A thickness of each of the first plasma polymer layer and the second plasma polymer layer is in a range of 10 nm to 100 nm.

An adhesive structure comprising a first adherend, a first plasma polymer layer, an adhesive layer, a second plasma polymer layer, and a second adherend in this order, wherein
- each of the first plasma polymer layer and the second plasma polymer layer contains an organopolysiloxane as a main component, and
- a thickness of each of the first plasma polymer layer and the second plasma polymer layer is in a range of 10 nm to 100 nm.
