Method and device for transmitting and receiving wireless signal in wireless communication system

A first device comprising:

• a memory configured to store instructions;
• and
• a processor configured to perform operations by executing the instructions,
• wherein the operations of the processor comprise:
• transmitting, to a network, device capability information for informing that the first device can operate as a positioning reference unit (PRU) that provides a reference position for positioning;
• receiving configuration information regarding measurement;
• and
• performing the measurement by the first device as the PRU, based on the configuration information;
• and
• transmitting, to the network, a report based on the measurement,
• wherein based on that the first device operates as the PRU:
• the measurement is performed for all reference signal resources included in the configuration information;
• and
• the report comprises information regarding a reference signal resource where a measurement failure occurs.

A method performed by a second device, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a first device, device capability information informing that the first device can operate as a positioning reference unit (PRU) that provides a reference position for positioning;
• transmitting configuration information regarding measurement to be performed by the first device as the PRU;
• and
• receiving a measurement report of the PRU from the first device,
• wherein the measurement report of the PRU comprises measurement results for all reference signal resources included in the configuration information, and
• wherein the measurement results for all the reference signal resources comprise information regarding a reference signal resource where a measurement failure occurs.
