Abstract
A stand for a firepit includes a number of uprights spaced apart to receive a firepit, a horizontal support fixedly attached to the uprights and configured to be adjacent to the firepit when the fire pit is received between the uprights, a number of leg uprights extending from the uprights, a number of cross members extending from the leg uprights and toward a central hub, and a number of legs selectively connectable to the leg uprights.

A firepit system, comprising:
- a firepit having an outer wall and a bottom;
- a stand configured to support the firepit at a first higher elevation in a first configuration and configured to support the firepit at a second lower elevation in a second configuration;
- and
- a foldable storage container configured to contain both the firepit and the firepit stand while the stand supports the firepit at the second lower elevation in the second configuration.

A firepit system, comprising:
- a firepit having an outer wall and a bottom;
- a stand configured to support the firepit, the stand comprising:
- a plurality of uprights spaced apart to receive the firepit therebetween;
- a plurality of supports attached to the plurality of uprights, wherein each support of the plurality of supports is adjustable between a support configuration and stow configuration,
- wherein in the support configuration, the supports are in contact with the bottom of the firepit and the firepit is at a higher elevation,
- wherein in the stow configuration, the supports are adjacent to the outer wall of the firepit and the firepit is at a lower elevation.
