A zinc ion water treatment device (100) in which a plurality of fluorine resin bodies (30) is installed at regular intervals within a housing (20) and a zinc block body (40) is disposed between the fluorine resin bodies (30),

• wherein the fluorine resin body (30) and the zinc block body (40) are provided with a plurality of flow channels (10, 10′) through which a fluid flows,
• the flow channel (10) of the fluorine resin body or the flow channel (10′) of the zinc block body or the flow channels (10, 10′) of the fluorine resin body and the zinc block body include an inlet (11) through which the fluid is introduced, an outlet (12) through which the fluid is discharged, and a flow hole (13) connecting the inlet and the outlet, and
• the inlet (11) is formed as an expansion pipe portion whose diameter (inner diameter) gradually expands in a direction of an outside (A) from the flow hole (13), the outlet (12) is formed as a reduction pipe portion whose diameter (inner diameter) gradually decreases in a direction of the flow hole (13) from the outside (A), and the outlet (12) or the inlet (11) or the outlet (12) and the inlet (11) are provided with one or more eddy current-inducing grooves (14) on a surface, so that when the fluid passes through the flow channel (10), eddy current generation is increased by the inlet (11) and/or the outlet (12) provided with the eddy current-inducing grooves (14).
