Abstract
A layered material nanosheet production method includes an exfoliation step of exfoliating layered material particles in layers by irradiating the layered material particles with a microwave while cooling the layered material particles.
Claims15
A layered material nanosheet production method comprising:
- an exfoliation step of exfoliating layered material particles in layers by irradiating the layered material particles with a microwave while cooling the layered material particles.
A layered MoS2 nanosheet comprising:
- MoS2, wherein
- a ratio I002/I103 of an X-ray diffraction peak intensity I002 of a (002) plane to an X-ray diffraction peak intensity I103 of a (103) plane of the MoS2 is 5 or more.
A layered graphite nanosheet obtained by exfoliating layered carbon particles in layers, wherein
- a rate of change in a D/G ratio, which is a ratio of an intensity D of a D band to an intensity G of a G band in a Raman spectrum, is 5% or more, as calculated according to the following formula (1):
- rate of change in D/G ratio={absolute value of (D/G ratio of layered carbon particles−D/G ratio of layered graphite nanosheet)/D/G ratio of layered carbon particles}×100 (1).
A layered graphite nanosheet obtained by exfoliating layered carbon particles in layers, wherein
- a rate of change in a G/2D ratio, which is a ratio of an intensity G of a G band to an intensity 2D of a 2D band in a Raman spectrum, is 2% or more, as calculated according to the following formula (2):
- rate of change in G/2D ratio={absolute value of (D/G ratio of layered carbon particles−D/G ratio of layered graphite nanosheet)/D/G ratio of layered carbon particles}×100 (2).
