A water extractor for use in an environmental control system includes a duct having an inlet end and an outlet end and at least one fog harvester insert mounted within the duct. The at least one fog harvester insert being rotatable about an axis.

A water extractor for use in an environmental control system, the water extractor comprising:
- a duct having an inlet end and an outlet end;
- and
- at least one fog harvester insert mounted within the duct, the at least one fog harvester insert being rotatable about an axis.
A water extractor for use in an environmental control system, the water extractor comprising:
- a water separator having an inlet;
- a water collector arranged downstream from and in series with the water separator relative to a flow of medium;
- and
- at least one fog harvester insert located downstream from the inlet of the water separator relative to the flow of medium, the at least one fog harvester insert being rotatable about an axis.
