A compound of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, complex, isomer, solvate or prodrug thereof,
- wherein
- each R is a moiety that binds to SSTR2;
- and
- each -L- is a linker moiety conjugated to the moieties that binds to SSTR2 and to the sarcophagine.
