Abstract
Provided herein are methods and compositions for treating cancer, particularly the methods and compositions comprising a neuregulin 4 (NRG4) polypeptide.
Claims41
A method of treating or preventing cancer in a subject comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a Neuregulin 4 (NRG4) polypeptide, or a nucleic acid encoding thereof.
A composition comprising:
- a Neuregulin 4 (NRG4) polypeptide, or a nucleic acid encoding thereof;
- and
- one or more additional therapeutic agents selected from the group consisting of:
- checkpoint inhibitors, receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and combinations thereof.
