Voltage converter and power supply system

A power supply system, comprising an equipment room power supply, a voltage converter, and a load, wherein the voltage converter comprises:

• a voltage conversion circuit, configured to receive an input voltage from the equipment room power supply, and perform buck conversion on the input voltage to obtain an output voltage, to supply power to the load;
• and
• a controller, configured to:
• when the voltage conversion circuit is in a first state, control the output voltage by controlling a level conduction signal of the voltage conversion circuit, to supply power to the load, wherein
• the first state is a state in which a value of a duty ratio of the voltage conversion circuit is greater than or equal to a preset duty ratio value, and the first state comprises a first saturation state and a second saturation state;
• the first saturation state is a state in which the voltage conversion circuit is in the first state and a value of the input voltage is less than a preset input voltage value;
• and
• the second saturation state is a state in which the voltage conversion circuit is in the first state and a value of the output voltage is less than or equal to a preset output voltage value.
