Personal mobility assistance devices with integrated light sets

A personal mobility assistance device comprising:

• a plurality of wheels;
• a frame connected to the plurality of wheels and comprising:
• a linkage mechanism,
• a first rigid frame component of a first frame portion of the frame, and a second rigid frame component of a second frame portion, the second rigid frame component connected to the first rigid frame component by the linkage mechanism and movable relative to the first rigid frame component, the second rigid component movable relative to the first component through the linkage mechanism such that the personal mobility assistance device is capable of being configured in a plurality of apparatus configurations comprising an operable configuration and a collapsed configuration;
• a conductor comprising a first component conductor portion within the first frame portion and a second component conductor portion within the second frame portion;
• and
• a plurality of light emitters comprising a first set of light emitters electrically connected to the conductor and affixed to the first frame portion and a second set of light emitters electrically connected to the conductor and affixed to the second frame portion, the conductor configured to form, when the light set is in an active on state and when the personal mobility assistance device is in the operable configuration, an electrical connection between a power source and the plurality of light emitters to activate the plurality of light emitters to emit light.
