A packaging box with drop protection and a child lock, comprising a sleeve box and an inner box, two ends of the sleeve box communicating or half communicating with each other to form a receiving cavity for receiving the inner box, a cavity being formed in the inner box, the inner box being provided with a storage cavity, partition boards spaced apart from each other being arranged on side surfaces of the storage cavity, end surfaces of the partition boards being uneven surfaces, and the partition boards being oblique to make the storage cavity shaped like an inverted frustum;

• wherein, two symmetric side plates are arranged on two sides of the inner box and are movable towards the cavity of the inner box under the action of an external force, protrusions are arranged on the side plates, mortises are formed in positions, corresponding to the protrusions, of the sleeve box, and when the inner box is stored in the receiving cavity of the sleeve box, the protrusions are inserted into the mortises.
