An anti-fungal and/or algae resistant coating applied to/on a substrate that further exhibits durability. The coating including less than 0.01 wt % heavy metal containing components and less than 0.01 wt % fluoro containing components.
Claims30
An anti-fungal and/or algae resistant clear coating comprising:
- (a) a clear film;
- (b) a biocide dispersed within the clear film in an effective amount to prevent and/or reduce fungal and/or algal growth on and within the anti-fungal and/or algae resistant coating;
- and
- (c) a stabilizing agent dispersed within the clear film.
