Abstract
A roller blind assembly comprises a pivotable wire lead for guiding a tensioning wire with a controlled angle from and onto a wire pulley. A roof assembly comprises such a roller blind assembly, while and a vehicle comprises said roof assembly.
Claims20
A roller blind assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
- a frame for mounting the roller blind assembly to a roof of a vehicle;
- at least one guide rail provided on a side of the frame extending in a longitudinal direction;
- a winding tube provided at a rear side of the frame extending in a transversal direction substantially perpendicular to the least one guide rail;
- a blind screen having a first end attached to the winding tube to be wound onto and off said winding tube in a mainly longitudinal direction;
- an operating beam attached to a second end of the blind screen;
- at least one wire pulley attached to an outer end of the winding tube;
- and
- a tensioning wire having a first end attached to the wire pulley and a second end attached to the operating beam to be wound onto and off said wire pulley;
- a pivotable wire lead provided at an end portion of the least one guide rail closest to the winding tube, wherein the pivotable wire lead comprises a guiding arm, a guiding wheel at an end of the guiding arm near the wire pulley, and a pivot joint at another end of the guiding arm;
- and
- wherein the guiding arm is curved such that when pivoting about the pivot joint, the guiding wheel moves such that an angle at which the tensioning wire runs to and from the wire pulley is limited to a controlled range.

A roof assembly for a vehicle comprising:
- a frame for mounting a roller blind assembly and an at least partly transparent roof panel to a roof of a vehicle, the roller blind assembly comprising:
- a frame for mounting the roller blind assembly to a roof of a vehicle;
- at least one guide rail provided on a side of the frame extending in a longitudinal direction;
- a winding tube provided at a rear side of the frame extending in a transversal direction substantially perpendicular to the least one guide rail;
- a blind screen having a first end attached to the winding tube to be wound onto and off said winding tube in a mainly longitudinal direction;
- an operating beam attached to a second end of the blind screen;
- at least one wire pulley attached to an outer end of the winding tube;
- and
- a tensioning wire having a first end attached to the wire pulley and a second end attached to the operating beam to be wound onto and off said wire pulley;
- a pivotable wire lead provided at an end portion of the least one guide rail closest to the winding tube, wherein the pivotable wire lead comprises a guiding arm, a guiding wheel at an end of the guiding arm near the wire pulley, and a pivot joint at another end of the guiding arm;
- and
- wherein the guiding arm is curved such that when pivoting about the pivot joint, the guiding wheel moves such that an angle at which the tensioning wire runs to and from the wire pulley is limited to a controlled range.

A vehicle comprising:
- a fixed roof;
- a frame for mounting a roller blind assembly and an at least partly transparent roof panel to the fixed roof, the roller blind assembly comprising:
- a frame for mounting the roller blind assembly to a roof of a vehicle;
- at least one guide rail provided on a side of the frame extending in a longitudinal direction;
- a winding tube provided at a rear side of the frame extending in a transversal direction substantially perpendicular to the least one guide rail;
- a blind screen having a first end attached to the winding tube to be wound onto and off said winding tube in a mainly longitudinal direction;
- an operating beam attached to a second end of the blind screen;
- at least one wire pulley attached to an outer end of the winding tube;
- and
- a tensioning wire having a first end attached to the wire pulley and a second end attached to the operating beam to be wound onto and off said wire pulley;
- a pivotable wire lead provided at an end portion of the least one guide rail closest to the winding tube, wherein the pivotable wire lead comprises a guiding arm, a guiding wheel at an end of the guiding arm near the wire pulley, and a pivot joint at another end of the guiding arm;
- and
- wherein the guiding arm is curved such that when pivoting about the pivot joint, the guiding wheel moves such that an angle at which the tensioning wire runs to and from the wire pulley is limited to a controlled range.
