Embodiments of the innovation relate to a chisel system, comprising: a chisel bit having a cutting end and a support end, the support end opposing the cutting end; a chisel bit holder having a first end defining an opening configured to receive the support end of the chisel bit and a second end configured to be secured to a drill press; and a coupling mechanism configured to secure the chisel bit to the chisel bit holder.

A chisel system, comprising:
- a chisel bit having a cutting end and a support end, the support end opposing the cutting end;
- a chisel bit holder having a first end defining an opening configured to receive the support end of the chisel bit and a second end configured to be secured to a drill press by a drill press chuck;
- and
- a coupling mechanism configured to secure the chisel bit to the chisel bit holder.
