Abstract
The present application is directed towards a method of tracking fluorescence in animals using fluorescent particles.
Claims20
A method of measuring fluorescence in an animal, the method comprising (a) injecting the animal with one or more fluorescent particles;
- and (b) capturing the fluorescence exhibited by the animal;
- wherein the fluorescent particle is bound to a microparticle.
A method of measuring movement of an animal, the method comprising:
- (a) injecting the animal with one or more fluorescent particle(s) bound to a microparticle;
- (b) capturing the fluorescence exhibited by the animal;
- and
- (c) monitoring the fluorescence to measure the movement of the animal.
