Cantilever Umbrella

A cantilever umbrella comprising:

• a supporting device;
• a reel device securely mounted on the supporting device;
• a canopy device interlocked with the reel device, wherein the reel device is operable to open or collapse a canopy of the canopy device;
• a runner device slidably mounted on the supporting device and interlocked with the canopy device, wherein the runner device includes a passageway, wherein the runner device is movable in a height direction between a first position above the reel device and a second position below the reel device, wherein when the runner device moves toward the first position above the reel device along the height direction, the canopy device moves away from the supporting device, wherein when the runner device moves toward the second position below the reel device, the canopy device moves toward the supporting device, and wherein the passageway provides a space for avoiding the reel device during movement of the runner device passing through the reel device.
