A salt represented by formula (I1) or formula (I2):

• wherein, in formula (I1) and formula (12),
• Q1, Q2, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a perfluoroalkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms,
• z represents an integer of 0 to 6, and when z is 2 or more, a plurality of R1 and R2 may be the same or different from each other,
• X1 represents *—CO—O—, *—O—CO—, *—O—CO—O— or *—O— (in which * represents a bonding site to C(R1) (R2) or C(Q1) (Q2)),
• L1 represents a single bond or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 28 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, and —CH2— included in the aliphatic hydrocarbon group may be replaced by —O—, —S—, —CO—, —SO—, —NR7— or —SO2—,
• R7 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms,
• R3 and R4 each independently represent a halogen atom other than an iodine atom, a haloalkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, the hydrocarbon group may have a substituent, and —CH2— included in the haloalkyl group and the hydrocarbon group may be replaced by —O—, —CO—, —S—, —SO—, —NR7— or —SO2—,
• m3 represents an integer of 1 to 3, and when m3 is 2 or more, a plurality of R3 may be the same or different from each other,
• m4 represents an integer of 0 to 3, and when m4 is 2 or more, a plurality of R4 may be the same or different from each other,
• m5 represents an integer of 1 to 3,
• m6 represents an integer of 1 to 4,
• R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a halogen atom, and
• ZI+ represents an organic cation.
