Abstract
In a wireless communication system according to various embodiments, a UE receives, from a base station, first configuration information for configuring a bandwidth part (BWP), receives, from the base station, an offset for configuring at least one sub-band within the BWP and second configuration information including information about the bandwidth size, and configures at least one sub-band on the basis of the second configuration information, wherein the at least one sub-band can be configured on the basis of a specific granularity determined according to the offset, the bandwidth size and a system bandwidth size.
Claims15
A method by a user equipment (UE) comprising:
- receiving, from a base station, first configuration information configuring a bandwidth part (BWP);
- receiving, from the base station, second configuration information including information on an offset and bandwidth size for configuring at least one subband;
- and
- configuring the at least one subband within the BWP based on the second configuration information,
- wherein the at least one subband is configured based on a specific granularity determined based on the offset, the bandwidth size, and a size of a system bandwidth.

- a radio frequency (RF) transceiver;

- a processor connected to the RF transceiver,
- wherein the processor controls the RF transceiver to perform operations comprising:
- receiving, from a base station, first configuration information configuring a bandwidth part (BWP);
- receiving, from the base station, second configuration information including information on an offset and bandwidth size for configuring at least one subband within the BWP;
- and
- configuring the at least one subband based on the second configuration information,
- wherein the at least one subband is configured based on a specific granularity determined based on the offset, the bandwidth size, and a size of a system bandwidth.

A base station comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) transceiver;

- a processor connected to the RF transceiver,
