A clamp is configured to be connected to a materials-handling vehicle and to lift and carry a rack housing electronic equipment. The clamp comprises a frame connected to a vertically moveable mast of the materials-handling vehicle and a pair of opposing arms connected to the frame. Each arm is horizontally moveable relative to the frame such that the arms can move inward toward each other and outward away from each other. Each arm comprises a lifting pad on or near a bottom of the arm and configured to fit underneath the rack on a side of the rack; an inward-facing surface configured to snugly contact a side of the rack when the arms are in a closed position; and, optionally, a load stop, along an edge of the arm distal from the frame, configured to inhibit tipping of the rack away from the frame.
