Abstract
The present disclosure provides a composition for treating a viral infection. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a composition for treating a viral infection in a subject, the composition containing a nucleic acid construct containing, in an operable manner, a nucleic acid sequence encoding an antigen protein contained in a virus belonging to the genus Lentivirus or a part thereof and a nucleic acid sequence encoding Ag85B protein. In one embodiment, the composition of the present disclosure is administered after the viral infection.

A composition for treating a viral infection in a subject, the composition comprising a nucleic acid construct containing, in an operable manner, a nucleic acid sequence encoding an antigen protein contained in a virus belonging to the genus Lentivirus or a part thereof and a nucleic acid sequence encoding Ag85B protein.
