A communication method includes: transmitting, by a sensing task consumer or a core network element, a sensing request message, where the sensing request message carries at least one of a sensing task requirement, a sensing control network element identifier, or a sensing task execution node identifier of a sensing task.

A communication method, comprising:
- transmitting, by a sensing task consumer or a core network element, a sensing request message, wherein the sensing request message carries at least one of a sensing task requirement, a sensing control network element identifier, or a sensing task execution node identifier of a sensing task.
A communication device, comprising:
- a processor, a memory and a transceiver, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor is configured to call and run the computer program stored in the memory, and control the transceiver to perform:
- transmitting a sensing request message, wherein the sensing request message carries at least one of a sensing task requirement, a sensing control network element identifier, or a sensing task execution node identifier of a sensing task.
A first network element, comprising:
- a processor, a memory and a transceiver, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processor is configured to call and run the computer program stored in the memory, and control the transceiver to perform:
- receiving a sensing request message, wherein the sensing request message carries at least one of a sensing task requirement, a sensing control network element identifier, or a sensing task execution node identifier of a sensing task.
