A panel light includes a frame body, a back plate, a plurality of light sources and a light cover. The frame body has an opening. The back plate is disposed within the frame body via the opening, and the back plate has a light exit. The light sources are disposed within the back plate via the light exit. The light cover is disposed on the frame body and covers the light sources. The light cover has a light entrance connected to the light exit. The area of the light entrance is greater than the area of the light exit.

A panel light, comprising:
- a frame body, having an opening;
- a back plate disposed within the frame body via the opening, wherein the back plate has a light exit;
- a plurality of light sources disposed within the back plate via the light exit;
- and
- a light cover disposed on the frame body and covering the light sources, wherein the light cover has a light entrance connected to the light exit;
- wherein an area of the light entrance is greater than an area of the light exit.
