Abstract
A fixed blade and a method for manufacturing the fixed blade are provided. The fixed blade includes a base sheet. A blade teeth set, which consists of a plurality of cutting teeth, is provided on an edge of at least one side of the base sheet. A material removal groove is provided on an upper end face and/or a lower end face of the base sheet, such that a thickness of each cutting tooth of the blade teeth set is smaller than a thickness of the base sheet, and such that a tooth protrusion is formed on an upper end face and/or a lower end face of a tooth tip of each cutting tooth of the blade teeth set.

A fixed blade, comprising a base sheet, wherein
- a blade teeth set, which consists of a plurality of cutting teeth, is provided on an edge of at least one side of the base sheet;
- and
- a material removal groove is provided on an upper end face and/or a lower end face of the base sheet, such that a thickness of each cutting tooth of the blade teeth set is smaller than a thickness of the base sheet, and such that a tooth protrusion is formed on an upper end face and/or a lower end face of a tooth tip of each cutting tooth of the blade teeth set.
