Verification of Access Permissions

At least one non-transitory computer-readable medium, wherein the non-transitory computer-readable medium is provisioned with program instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause a computing platform to:

• receive, from a client device associated with a given user, a request on behalf of the given user;
• apply a verification status indicator to the request, wherein the verification status indicator comprises a first value that indicates that permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user has not yet been successfully performed;
• successfully perform permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user;
• based on the successfully performed permission verification, update the verification status indicator from the first value to a second value that indicates that permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user has been successfully performed;
• and
• based on the updated verification status indicator, grant the request.

A method carried out by a computing platform, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a client device associated with a given user, a request on behalf of the given user;
• applying a verification status indicator to the request, wherein the verification status indicator comprises a first value that indicates that permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user has not yet been successfully performed;
• successfully performing permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user;
• based on the successfully performed permission verification, updating the verification status indicator from the first value to a second value that indicates that permission verification associated with (i) the request and (ii) the given user has been successfully performed;
• and
• based on the updated verification status indicator, granting the request.
