Abstract
According to an exemplary of the present disclosure, a display device includes a display panel which displays images and a bottom cover which encloses a rear surface and a side surface of the display panel, and a lower end of the bottom cover extends from a lower end of the display panel to dispose a source printed circuit board in an inner space. By doing this, the entire thickness is reduced to implement a slim design.
Claims18
A display device, comprising:
- a display panel configured to display images, the display panel comprising a rear surface extending in a first direction, and a side surface extending in a second direction different from the first direction;
- and
- a bottom cover enclosing the rear surface and the side surface of the display panel;
- a backlight on the rear surface of the display panel, the backlight including a light emitting diode (LED) array assembly configured to supply light to the display panel;
- a source printed circuit board in an inner space, the source printed circuit board non-overlapping with the display panel;
- and
- an LED fixing plate disposed on a rear surface of the LED array assembly and extending between the bottom cover and the source printed circuit board.
