A method of treating or managing cancer, comprising administering to a patient having the cancer a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of (S)-3-(4-((4-(morpholinomethyl)benzyl)oxy)-1-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione, which has the following structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with an additional active agent that is rituximab, dexamethasone, a proteasome inhibitor, or an alkylating agent, or a combination thereof, and wherein the cancer is myeloma or lymphoma.
A method of treating or managing relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, comprising administering to a patient having the relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of (S)-3-(4-((4-(morpholinomethyl)benzyl)oxy)-1-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione, which has the following structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with a proteasome inhibitor and dexamethasone.
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with rituximab, wherein the cancer is relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma or relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
