• a liposome;
• and
• a nucleic acid, wherein:
• the nucleic acid comprises at least one mRNA encoding urate oxidase or recombinant urate oxidase;
• the liposome comprises at least two lipids, the at least two lipids comprising a core lipid, and a molar percentage of the core lipid in a total molar amount of the liposome being not less than 15%;
• the liposome has a pKa ranging from 6.0 to 6.3;
• the mRNA comprises a nucleotide sequence as set forth in any one of SEQ ID No:
• 7 to SEQ ID No:
• 12, or a nucleotide sequence having at least 90% sequence similarity to the nucleotide sequence as set forth in any one of SEQ ID No:
• 7 to SEQ ID No:
• 12;
• and
• a weight ratio of the liposome to the mRNA is (1 to 30):1.
