A compound, or a stereoisomer, tautomer, prodrug, or salt thereof, comprising the structure of Formula (I′):
- wherein:
- each of
- is independently an α4β1/7 integrin ligand;
- each of L1, L2, L3, L4, L1A, L2A, L3A, and L4A is independently a linker, a bond, or absent, wherein at least one of L1, L2, L3, and L4 is a bond or a linker;
- R1 comprises one or more oligonucleotides, protecting groups, small molecules, proteins, antibodies, and/or peptides;
- and
- z1 is0or 1.
