Abstract
The present invention provides a system and method for a surface plasmon resonance measuring and injection system and to a method for surface plasmon resonance measurement using the so-called cuvette-injection-flow system.
Claims15
A Surface plasmon resonance measuring system comprising:
- i. at least one sensor having a surface;
- ii. at least one flow cell in liquid contact with the sensor surface;
- iii. at least one cuvette as a microbioreactor connected to the entrance of the flow cell via a central channel;
- iv. an optical unit for measuring the surface plasmon resonance reflection of light incidence at the sensor surface;
- v. a liquid transport means via aspirating or dispensing;
- and
- vi. a sampling means for supplying at least one sample from the open cuvette on top of the flow channel.
