Abstract
Endoluminal robotic systems and corresponding methods include subsystems for visualization, navigation, pressure sensing, platform compatibility, and user interfaces. The user interfaces may be implemented by one or more of a console, haptics, image fusion, voice controls, remote support, and multi-system controls.

(canceled)
An endoluminal catheter system comprising:
- a catheter having a proximal end portion and a distal end portion;
- longitudinal working channels in the catheter extending from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion, the longitudinal working channels including:
- a first channel configured to receive a flexible endoscope including an imaging device;
- a second channel configured to receive a first tool;
- and
- a third channel configured to receive a second tool;
- and
- a control system in communication with each of the first and second tools and the imaging device, the control system configured to independently actuate each of the first and second tools based on image data received from the imaging device.
5 more elements
A method comprising:
- inserting a multi-channel catheter into a patient's body;
- inserting a first instrument into a first channel of the multi-channel catheter and a second instrument into a second channel of the multi-channel catheter;
- actuating the first and second instruments based on visual feedback from first and second imaging devices;
- coordinating operation of the first and second instruments to manipulate tissue;
- and
- synchronizing the visual feedback from the first and second imaging devices.
3 more elements
A surgical system comprising:
- a multi-channel endoluminal catheter;
- robotic manipulators configured to insert and manipulate instruments through the channels of the multi-channel endoluminal catheter;
- a first instrument configured to be inserted through a first channel of the endoluminal catheter;
- a second instrument configured to be inserted through a second channel of the endoluminal catheter;
- at least one electromagnetic sensor disposed on each of the at least one first and second instruments;
- and
- a computing system configured to track positions of the first and second instruments in a common coordinate space and to provide a navigation guide based on the relative orientation of the first and second instruments.
