Microwave plasma torch equipment and use thereof in manufacturing graphene nanoparticles, and nanofluid composition and manufacturing method thereof

A microwave plasma torch equipment, comprising:

• a reaction chamber having:
• a reaction area;
• a microwave inlet;
• a first divert channel and a second divert channel, each of the first divert channel and the second divert channel having a first end part and a second end part away from the first end part, wherein the first end parts are coupled to the microwave inlet, the second end parts are coupled to each other at the reaction area, cross-sectional areas of the first end parts are greater than cross-sectional areas of the second end parts;
• and
• a microwave diverter, located at a junction of the microwave inlet, the first divert channel, and the second divert channel;
• a ventilation tube, penetrating through the reaction area of the reaction chamber along a direction substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the first divert channel and an extending direction of the second divert channel;
• and
• a microwave source, located at the microwave inlet and facing the microwave diverter.
