Abstract
An apparatus for controlling an electric oil pump for a hybrid vehicle, includes: a determination unit determining whether there is an ultra-low temperature environment based on an oil temperature of an electric oil pump upon shift control of a vehicle; and a control unit performing RPM rising control of the electric oil pump when it is determined that there is the ultra-low temperature environment.

An apparatus for controlling an electric oil pump for a vehicle, the apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor configured to
- determine whether there is an ultra-low temperature environment based on an oil temperature of the electric oil pump upon shift control of the vehicle;
- and
- perform RPM rising control of the electric oil pump when it is determined that there is the ultra-low temperature environment.

A method for controlling an electric oil pump for a vehicle, the method comprising:
- determining, by at least one processor, whether there is an ultra-low temperature environment based on an oil temperature of the electric oil pump upon shift control of the vehicle;
- and
- performing, by the at least one processor, RPM rising control of the electric oil pump when it is determined that there is the ultra-low temperature environment.
