Abstract
An electrode assembly includes a stack of positive electrodes; a pair of separators on respective sides of each positive electrode of the stack of positive electrodes; and at least one negative electrode in a band form, the at least one negative electrode being repeatedly bent around the separators and the stack of positive electrodes.

An electrode assembly, comprising:
- a stack of positive electrodes;
- a pair of separators on respective sides of each positive electrode of the stack of positive electrodes;
- and
- at least one negative electrode in a band form, the at least one negative electrode being repeatedly bent around the separators and the stack of positive electrodes.
