- (I) a modified ChAdV68 sequence, wherein the modified ChAdV68 sequence comprises the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:

- and
- (II) a cassette inserted immediately following either (i) nucleotide 575 of SEQ ID NO:
- 59 or
- (ii) nucleotide 24,312 of SEQ ID NO:
