Abstract
A method of operating a neural network device includes constructing two sub-networks to encode input functions and location variables separately, and merging the two constructed sub-networks together to compute an output.
Claims16
A method of operating a neural network device comprising:
- constructing two sub-networks to encode input functions and space-time variables separately;
- and
- merging the two constructed sub-networks together to compute output functions that depend on space time.
A network comprising:
- a first neural network configured to encode a discrete function space on a structured or unstructured space-time domain;
- and
- a second neural network configured to encode a domain of output functions.
A network comprising:
- multiple DeepONets configured together to represent one of a plurality of multiphysics problems.
