Abstract
In an embodiment a method for analyzing a printed circuit board (PCB) design includes obtaining a PCB design file from a user, wherein the PCB design file comprises a design of a PCB, determining electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) information of the PCB based on the design of the PCB of the obtained PCB design file, analyzing the EMC information to determine whether at least one EMC issue is detected in the EMC information, and determining feedback information based on a result of the analyzing of the EMC information.
Claims19
A method for analyzing a printed circuit board (PCB) design, the method comprising:
- obtaining a PCB design file from a user, wherein the PCB design file comprises a design of a PCB;
- determining electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) information of the PCB based on the design of the PCB of the obtained PCB design file;
- analyzing the EMC information to determine whether at least one EMC issue is detected in the EMC information;
- and
- determining feedback information based on a result of the analyzing of the EMC information.
A system for analyzing a printed circuit board (PCB) design, the system comprising:
- a data processing device configured to:
- obtain a PCB design file from a user, wherein the PCB design file comprises a design of a PCB;
- determine electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) information of the PCB based on the design of the PCB of the obtained PCB design file;
- analyze the EMC information to determine whether at least one EMC issue is detected in the EMC information;
- and
- determine feedback information based on a result of the analyzing of the EMC information.
