A computer system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a memory coupled to the one or more processors and configured to store one or more programs, wherein when the one or more programs are performed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors performs an expandable construction method for an artificial intelligence-based customer service question and answer system, and the method comprises:
• Step (A):
• inputting a customer service question and answer text as test material to test a question and answer artificial intelligence (AI) model;
• Step (B):
• by the question and answer AI model, outputting a question and answer report based on the customer service question and answer text;
• Step (C):
• by an expert artificial intelligence (AI) model, outputting an evaluation score based on the question and answer report;
• and
• Step (D):
• determining whether to input the question and answer report into the question and answer AI model to serve as training material based on the evaluation score.
