A pharmaceutical composition, formulation, or unit dosage form comprising:
- (a) Compound 1:
- or a solvate thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- (b) one or more fillers or diluents;
- (c) one or more solubilizers;
- and
- (d) one or more binders.
A pharmaceutical composition, formulation, or unit dosage form comprising Compound 1:
- or a solvate thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein Compound 1 is in the form of a spray-dried dispersion (SDD).
A method of producing a pharmaceutical composition, formulation, or unit dosage form, the method comprising wet granulation of a mixture comprising Compound 1:
- or a solvate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and one or more solubilizers.
