Novel benzothiophene derivative and use thereof as bet inhibitor

A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein,
• X or Y is each independently H, halo, cyano, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, —(Ra)C(═O)Rb, —(Ra)C(═O)N(Rb)(Rc), —(Ra)C(═O)ORb, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, pyridine, alkyl pyridine, piperidine, piperidinopyridine, indazole, or,
• Z is the same or different one or more selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C6 alkyl, —ORa, —SRa, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, pyridine, pyrazole, alkylpyrazole, and hydroxypyridine,
• Ra, Rb and Rc are each independently H, alkyl, or alkylene, and
• R1 is H, halo, cyano, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or halogenated methyl.
