A method of treating a subject who has been exposed to an organophosphate comprising:
- administering to the subject a compound of Formula (III), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein X is a bond or SO2;
- and
- R1 and R2 are each independently selected from H, alkyl, aryl, and cycloalkyl;
- or
- R1 and R2, together with the atoms that separate them, complete a 4-8 membered heterocycloalkyl.

- R2 is selected from aryl, heterocyclyl, and cycloalkyl;
