Swivel axle bracket of a truck for a skateboard

A truck assembly, comprising:

• a housing including an annular groove member in an underside;
• an axle bracket including an upper annular groove at an intermediate portion;
• a coil spring disposed in both the annular groove member and the upper annular groove wherein the coil spring includes a smaller first end fastened in the annular groove member, and a smaller second end fastened in the upper annular groove;
• a mounting pin;
• a first bearing;
• a second bearing;
• a hollow spacer;
• and
• a nut;
• wherein the mounting pin is driven through the housing, the first bearing, the axle bracket, the second bearing, and the hollow spacer to be secured to the nut so that the axle bracket is configured to swivel to twist the coil spring, the twisting of the coil spring stores energy, and in response to the twisting is stopped, the energized coil spring releases energy to turn the axle bracket to an inoperative position.
