Abstract

A control valve capable of accurately and easily adjusting a degree of a communication opening or a volume of a flow channel with a simple configuration is provided. A control valve (flow-rate regulator valve 16) includes: a valve housing 20 including a flow channel block 21 with a flow channel in which a fluid flows; a valve assembly 50 mounted on the valve housing 20 to be movable in a first direction and provided with a valve body 31 configured to change the degree of the communication opening of the flow channel; and an operation shaft 51a including a shaft section 53 inserted into an insertion hole 52 formed in the valve housing 20 and a tapered shaft section 54 being in contact with the valve assembly, and a position of the valve body through the tapered shaft section is adjusted by motion of the operation shaft in a second direction.
